Product Warranty Terms & Conditions

Limited Warranty for the product
Warranty Terms Effective date: 1
st June 2018

This limited warranty (this warranty”) is provided to end-user purchaser (“you”) of a payavalue
“Product A, B, C, D, and any other products that payavalue sells in Malaysia (the “product”)

This Warranty applies only to purchases made in Malaysia on or after the effective date identified above,
and only covers genuine ”Brand Name & Product Code”. This Warranty is only valid in Malaysia.

Payavalue reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions of this Warranty without prior notice.

To the extent permitted by subject to the terms of this Warranty, payavalue will, at its option, render the product to an operational conditions as
intended by payavalue with notice of a defect during the Warranty period in accordance with the warranty claim procedures indicated below.

Warranty Period
All the warranty period will refer to reseller advertisement or offer.

1.
    As a reseller only offer one(1) month warranty, one to one exchange is subject to approver with 
    item return with new condition or new in box and only for specific product and reseller have the
    right to reject one to one exchange for warranty. one to one exchange is not applicable for item
    which hygiene issue, unacceptable  used condition after open box, sensitive goods and other
    which reseller have the right to reject it. one to one exchange also not applicable for
    international brand or high-value items.

2.
   Three(3) months warranty
   Which reseller will assist buyers send the item to principle or manufacturer or distributor or 
   whole seller  and for specific products. after reseller promised warranty,
   Customer can seek for local distributor or manufacturer if available.

3.
   Six(6) months warranty
   Which reseller will assist buyers send the item to principle or manufacturer or distributor or 
   whole seller  and for specific products. after reseller promised warranty,
   Customer can seek for local distributor or manufacturer if available.

4.
    One(1) year warranty
    Which reseller will assist buyers send the item to principle or manufacturer or distributor or 
    whole seller  and for specific products. after reseller promised warranty,
    Customer can seek for local distributor or manufacturer if available.

5.
    Lifetime warranty
    Which reseller will assist buyers send the item to principle or manufacturer or distributor or 
    whole seller  and for specific products. after reseller promised warranty,
    Customer can seek for local distributor or manufacturer if available.
   

- Warranty covered under payavalue / manufacture are depends on the model of the product.
- The Warranty period varies from 1–12 months or lifetime, depending on the model of the Product.

The Warranty period start from the date you purchase the Product and ceases upon the expiration of the period.
Your original purchase invoice ( sales receipt or order confirmation e-mail / etc.)
showing the date of purchase and product description, is your proof of the date of purchase.

In addition, this warranty only applies to the initial purchase by you and payavalue obligations
under this Warranty cease anytime when the Product is sold or otherwise disposed of by you.

As a reseller / platform to advertise for the products, we got limited authority and liability to
decide warranty issue, principle / manufacture / distributor are the sole responsibility to handle 
the after sales warranty.

As a reseller, we need to arrange our value Customer after sales warranty as promised in
advertisement, but final discussion or settlement fall back to brand principle / manufacture /
distributor arrangement matter.

 

Product(s) sold through Factoryb2b are serviced and supported by their manufacturers in accordance
with any terms and conditions packaged with the products.
If you need to return product(s) back to us for warranty, please contact the Customer Service Support
at sales@payavalue.com OR https://www.payavalue.com/contact_us

Please ship back the product(s) to the respective shipping branch in the original packaging with any accessories as advised by
the Customer Service Support. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty.

We will not accept return of product(s) that are not compatible with your system configuration or damaged during shipment to and
fro or misused by customer / shipping carrier or hold by custom.
